ABQAURP Education


Experienced in program design and implementation, ABQAURP produces quality continuing medical education courses in a variety of formats including live seminars, online, and home study courses. This enables participants to increase their knowledge of Health Care Quality and Management issues and trends. ABQAURP is committed to providing quality health care education programs to strengthen credentials and assist in remaining current on timely health care quality and management-related topics.

The American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Inc. is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. ABQAURP takes responsibility for the content, quality, and scientific integrity of its CME activities.

ABQAURP is approved by the Florida Board of Nursing to provide contact hours (CEs) for nurses in our educational programs, Provider #50-94. These credits are transferable to all 50 states and Washington D.C.

Florida Board of Nursing Rule Change
Effective 8/1/2014, courses for Florida Nurse licensees cannot be offered in tenth hour increments, i.e. 2.3 contact hours. Course contact hours will be rounded to the nearest half hour (example 2.3 contact hours becomes 2.0 contact hours). Courses must be a minimum of one contact hour.
