Cancellation, Rescheduling, No Show, or Late Arrival for Scheduled Test:
If a candidate cannot sit for their scheduled exam appointment, they may reschedule for a future date within the same year’s testing window, dependent on availability. To reschedule or cancel an appointment (including remote proctoring), the candidate must return to the scheduling link, no later than five (5) business days prior to the scheduled appointment. Candidates must reschedule online, the scheduling system is available 24/7. Changes 5 business days or more prior to your test appointment will be made at no charge.
If the candidate is a no-show, cancels less than five (5) business days prior to the appointment, arrives too late for test administration, or fails to bring required identification, the candidate may reschedule the appointment within the current year’s testing window by paying a new exam registration fee. If the candidate does not reschedule the exam appointment within the current year’s testing window, the exam registration fee is forfeited.
