ABQAURP Annual Conference Rescheduling

ABQAURP recognizes that our membership community represents a wide variety of health care professionals. As such, the potential impact of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) may affect our membership in many different ways.

Because of this, and new guidance from the CDC, we have decided to reschedule the 43rd Annual Conference to October 29-30, 2020. As our conference falls under the recommendation to postpone gatherings of 50 or more for at least eight (8) weeks, we have made this informed decision to reschedule for the fall.

Those already registered for the event need not take any further action. Your registration remains confirmed for the new conference dates. It is our intention to keep the program as scheduled, but any necessary changes to the agenda will be forthcoming. If you are unable to attend, please contact us to make changes to your registration by March 30, 2020 at (800) 998-6030.

Current Hotel Reservations: The Sheraton Sand Key Resort has cancelled all of the existing reservations, you will receive an email notification from them. Once you confirm new travel dates, please call to make a reservation at (727) 595-1611 or visit the hotel link on our website to reserve at a reduced rate of $195.00 per night, plus tax. Attendees will be responsible for making changes related to travel and lodging accommodations.

We invite those not registered to join us at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in October. Registration has been extended on the website. Watch your email for further promotions.

Thank you to all of the individuals and organizations who are working tirelessly to ensure public safety! We remain dedicated to improving the quality of health care provided, especially in the days to come.
